Sheen plays a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic, ensuring every patient journey is seamless, supportive, and positive from start to finish. As a Practice Assistant, she works closely with both patients and the clinical team, managing appointments, coordinating administrative tasks, and keeping everything operating efficiently behind the scenes.
Growing up in Cumbernauld and educated locally, Sheen brings a strong sense of community and connection to her role. Her passion for hearing care is deeply rooted in her love of music and the understanding of how vital hearing is to enjoying life’s most meaningful moments. This appreciation drives her commitment to helping patients stay connected, to conversations, to loved ones, and to the world around them.
Sheen is known for creating a warm and welcoming environment within the clinic, ensuring every visitor feels comfortable and cared for. She takes pride in being part of a team that makes a genuine difference, finding daily reward in supporting patients on their hearing journey.
Outside of the clinic, Sheen enjoys travelling with her partner, discovering new places, and unwinding with music, continuing her lifelong appreciation for sound in all its forms.
